Library Information

The Supreme Court Law Library is open to any individual in the legal community or public at large seeking legal information or knowledge. The mission of the library is to provide legal information for the judicial, legislative and executive branches of state government, the legal community and the public at large so they may have equal access to the law, effectively address the courts, make laws and write regulations, better understand the legal system and conduct their affairs in accordance with principles of law.

The Supreme Court Law Library provides books, forms, government documents, electronic resources, public computers and internet access for the purpose of researching the law, locating government information, and conducting other research.

Reference services are provided in person or via phone, email, fax, and mail.

Public computers: Currently there are four public computers available for use. Contact the reference desk for more information. Use is limited to 2, one-hour sessions per person, per day. Time slots for reservations are: 8:15-9:15 AM, 9:30-10:30AM, 10:45-11:45AM, 1:15-2:15PM, 2:30-3:30PM, and 3:45-4:45PM.  WIFI is available for use with your laptop.  

Copying and printing charges are $.15/page, payable with cash, check, credit cards or money order. No bills larger than $5.00 accepted.
