

Welcome to the New Mexico Supreme Court Law Library’s page of government information resources and databases.
The Supreme Court Law Library is designated Federal Depository Library #0381. As such, the library participates in the Federal Depository Library Program and receives materials from the Government Publishing Office. Materials and reference services are available free of charge to all users of government information in accordance with Title 44 of the U.S. Code. Most print items are located on the 3rd floor for retrieval by staff and some are available for check out. Microform items are located in the Library Basement. Many online documents are available from links in the library’s catalog. Assistance with government publications is available at the Reference Desk or via telephone or email.

Basic Collection
Titles included in the Basic Collection are vital sources of information that support the public’s right to know about the workings and essential activities of their Federal Government. The Basic Collection serves as a good source when developing and maintaining a depository collection. Information found here includes the United States Code, the Statistical Abstract, the Social Security Handbook, the Budget of the U.S. Government, and many other useful and interesting resources.
